In my patients with SilverStream solution we have used for both Acute and Chronic Wounds mostly while preparing for Grafting/Flap and often as soaking solution with Vera flow VAC therapy. There was good local bacterial load control & granulation compared to routine by used Betadine / Evsol solution and normal saline. We can advise the use in similar setting of wounds.
