We are proud to announce that SilverStream Medical has been featured by the official ADA Meeting News, the news publication of the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Scientific Sessions, following our participation as a finalist in the 2026 ADA Innovation Challenge.

The ADA Innovation Challenge showcases innovative companies developing technologies with the potential to improve the lives of people living with diabetes. More than 50 companies applied, with only a select group of finalists invited to present their solutions before a panel of judges and an international audience of healthcare professionals, researchers, investors, and industry leaders.

During the event, Eyal Nouri, CEO of SilverStream Medical, presented SilverStream’s advanced wound management solution and its vision for addressing one of the most devastating complications of diabetes – lower limb amputation.

As reported by ADA Meeting News:

“Mr. Nouri presented a liquid solution that combats infections and helps accelerate the healing process for wounds. He hopes to expand its presence in the United States, where more than 150,000 limb amputations are conducted every year, with some 80% of non-traumatic lower limb amputations attributable to diabetes complications.”

Mr. Nouri also shared SilverStream Medical’s long-term vision:

“Our goal is to come to the U.S. market and prevent amputation—to take the 154,000 annual amputations down to 10,000.”
